Orders:

All Sales are Final.

It is at the company’s discretion to accept or deny any discount or coupon codes. Only one (1) discount can be applied per order. Discounts and changes cannot be applied to previously placed orders. 

While it does not happen often, sometimes an order may get submitted on an item that is currently out of stock. In the event that this happens the customer will be contacted and provided options on an alternate item or a refund of the out of stock item only.

Any shipping changes or requests will need to be made to an existing order within 48 hours of finalizing the order. Any request made outside of that window will not be guaranteed. Please verify shipping details prior to finalizing order.

Items in the order are unable to be changed once made. In the event an item needs to be added or removed after an order has been finalized, a second order will need to be placed.

Shipping:

Unless otherwise noted, orders are typically processed to be packed and shipped out within 5-7 business days. This time frame doesn’t take into consideration the time in which it takes to get the order delivered to you from the United States Postal Service (USPS).

The pricing of shipping costs are not regulated by Blaque Butterfly Effect, they are set by the current USPS rates which will take into account the weight of the package and the final destination.

The shipping method selected by the customer does not change nor affect our current fulfillment time. Selecting any priority or expedited shipping will be upheld and guaranteed by the courier. Blaque Butterfly Effect is not responsible for packages not delivered in that specific time frame.

Blaque Butterfly Effect is not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages marked delivered but not received from the courier. In the event that this happens, please file a claim with USPS using your tracking number. Our company will assess the appropriate solution to any delivery issues that may arise.
