RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are final. Please read all product descriptions and ingredients before placing order. We do not accept any returns or exchanges.

All of our products are carefully crafted with love in small batches from all natural ingredients. Because of this there may be some variations in colors, swirls, and even scents, much like the natural beauty found in nature. 

With that being said, we take pride in exceptional customer service. If a product is received and appears defective an email must be sent to: BlaqueButterflyEffect@gmail.com within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery. Please include your order number in the subject line, along with a brief description of the concern for the item in the body of the email, and clear color photograph(s) of the defect. If the item is deemed defective, instructions will be provided for exchange of the same item. In the event, the same item is out of stock, the customer will have the option of a similar item or a refund.

If an item appears to be missing from your order, please accept our apologies. Report the missing item within three (3) days, of delivery so that we can work diligently to send that item as a top priority. 

In the unfortunate event your item is returned to Blaque Butterfly Effect as undelivered, we will contact you and begin the process of refunding the subtotal of the order (less the shipping charges).

Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds will be at the discretion of the company (Blaque Butterfly Effect) and handled case-by-case where the company agrees that a product/item is not to the mutual satisfaction of both customer and company. Once a refund it issued it may take several days to show in your end. Please note that processing times vary based on your banking institution.
